Career Coaching Services
I’m here to help you break out of anxious overthinking and move into action through nervous system regulation and intentional career experiments.
Together, we’ll strengthen your ability to navigate career decisions & uncertainty with confidence and self trust.
Coaching looks a little different for everyone. Some people come in with one specific career decision they want help with. Others are navigating a much bigger transition and benefit from ongoing support over several months.
Rather than locking you into a long coaching package, I prefer to keep things simple.
How much does career coaching cost?
Each coaching session is 50 minutes and costs $150 USD.
After our first session, we’ll check in together and decide whether continuing coaching feels helpful. If it does, we can talk about how many sessions you’d like to start off with together and how often you would like to meet. If one session is enough for what you need right now, that’s ok too!
There are no discounts for committing to more sessions upfront, and there’s no expectation that you commit to months of coaching before you know whether we’re a good fit.
My goal is to create enough structure to support meaningful progress while giving you the flexibility to move at a pace that feels right for you.
Do you offer reduced fee spots?
I have limited availability for reduced fee spots. You can apply for a reduced fee spot here.
In my coaching business, I work hard to balance my own financial sustainability with affordability and accessibility. Everyone deserves kind, understanding, individualized support in these stressful times.
While I may not always be able to offer reduced fee services, if finances are a barrier for you, please still reach out. Even if we aren’t a good fit, I can refer you to alternative services.
What do we do in session?
No matter how long we work together, we’ll talk about the brain and body side of career anxiety, how that impacts your decisions, and what you can do that’s actually helpful in those moments when you feel yourself spinning out or shutting down.
Then we’ll work on taking the pressure off your next step and breaking your goals into small, bite-sized career experiments so you can build momentum and gather real-world data about what you actually want.
I can't promise you’ll suddenly stop overthinking overnight. But I can help you build the skills to make taking action feel easier over time.
No magic bullet. Just thoughtful support, accountability, and practical strategies to help you make real progress on your career goals.

As a general guide:
2 sessions is enough to start making progress on one focused career decision and create a clear action plan.
6 sessions can provide steady support during a larger career transition while helping you build confidence through career experiments.
12 or more sessions may be helpful if you’re navigating deeper patterns around work, burnout, identity, or long-term career change.
We’ll decide together what makes sense based on your goals.

Career experiments are a way to learn about your career options by active exploration and connection with real life people.
They're small, intentional projects that helps you gain real world information about yourself and your career options.
A lot of people get caught in a cycle of overplanning, overthinking, overwhelm, perfectionism, and isolated research. Or they feel like their only other option is to go from 0 to 100 and trying to change their life all in one fell swoop. (If this is you, you’re not alone — it’s me too.)
Instead, I promote a more realistic approach that actually supports your wellbeing. I help people identify clear career experiments that take into account their existing energy and risk level and resources, follow through on it, process it, and make decisions about next steps.
We notice what pain or discomfort is driving your desire for change, bring awareness to that, and identify what could actually help address that pain - because it might not be a huge career switch.
Instead of quitting your job to start a business, we may try creating ONE small offering for you to do pro bono, then collecting feedback and a testimonial.
Instead of going to graduate school, we may try completing ONE self guided study and self created project on that topic, and scheduling a chat with at least ONE professional in that field.
We notice what fears, self talk, nervous system responses, and protective patterns show up for you in the process.
And then, like any good experiment, we look at the data you gathered, make meaning of it, and figure out your next steps together.
Ready to take action in your career?
I’d love to hear from you :)
